"Yesterday I purchased my first ATV from Kevin a Honda of Chattanooga. After browsing around online for a few weeks I had initially dealt with the other Honda dealer in town and they tried to scheme me out of a Honda and on to a Used 2004 Polaris(not to mention wanted $1500 more than it was worth per NADA), on top of trying to charge me and outrageous interest rate. I walked in to Honda of Chattanooga and within fifteen minutes was approved for the ATV I wanted, had all of my questions answered, and was given a MUCH lower interest rate. I took my new ATV out last night and had a BLAST! Thanks to Kevin at Honda of Chattanooga!"

"I am writing to say thank you for the recent outstanding service that I received through your Service Department from Bill, your Service Manager, and Doug your very knowledgeable service mechanic.
I just recently sold my Dad's 1988 Gl1500 Honda Goldwing. A couple days before the sale I placed fuel in the tank. Little did I realize it was bad fuel. Well you could of guess it - the day of the sale it did not want to start. The prospective owners drove 7 hours to purchase it. Having used Honda of Chattanooga before, I brought the bike to you, with the prospective owners in tow. I knew that even with my explanation, I was at the mercy of the service department in the time crunch I created.
Bill truly understood my situation and within 30 minutes Doug, not only fixed the issue, he went the extra mile and bled the brakes for safety.
To say the least, the sale went through. The new oeners were very happy and on their way. I was overwhelmed and thankful for your staff for not just their understanding, but going the extra mile to help me in my predicament.

"Went to another dealer in town, and they tried to charge a very high interest rate and told me my credit was awefull; Even though i knew otherwise. Your dealer was fast, fair, and the interest rate was awesome, with the same financing company the other dealer told me wanted a higher rate. I hope I can upgrade to a bigger bike and get the same service and value i got for my Rebel 2009! Thanks!

"I thought I got a fantastic deal when I purchased my 2007 Honda CRF 150F dirtbike, I got it for $2700 if I recall correctly, and as it stands right now, that is $500 off the retail price. It has been a fantastic bike and has been a lot of fun to ride. I enjoyed HOC's friendly service and look forward to coming back in the future."

"This dealership is great all around. The customer service is top notch and everyone makes you feel welcome and warm. There knowledge and expertise is unparallel.
The dealership has the small town atmosphere with a big town savings on their products.
The sale was great for the 2009 VTX 1300R that I purchased. However what is more important, to me, is the service after the sale. Their personal touch and knowledge base out shines all others. With a dealership like this why would anyone want to go anywhere else?

"These boys had a concerned look on their first when I drove off on a Honda 06' tribal orange CBR 600 rr that day. What a bike! It's everything and more than you need in a road racer. I just walked off the street and wrote them a check. I can ride, but these guys didn't know that. So stop by and deal with them. "I am 43 years old and used to ride and race when I was a teenager and in my 20's. I have not had a dirt bike in 15 years and decided it was time for a new toy.
So, while I was getting my Aquatrax Serviced, which I also purchased at Honda Of Chattanooga, I decided on a CRF150R. I mad a mistake and bought a bike that was just too small for me. Barry White and Rusty Mittwede went out of their way to help me upgrade to a CRF250X which is the perfect bike for me. They were very very fair to me and helped remedy a mistake I made. I am a very Satisfied customer, and I highly recommend anyone in the market for a Honda product to shop at Honda of Chattanooga. "

"I purchased a 2007 Rincon 4x4 in March 08 and was throughly pleased with our salesman ( Kevin Wethington ) and the fact that he gave us the best price we could find. From start to finish ( meaning loading the ATV on the truck he was extremely helpful. Also his follow up contact was very appreciated, not many salespeople do that anymore. "Rhonda and I had looked at Goldwings for several years. We contacted several other dealerships throughout the southeast for pricing back in 2000, as we finally decided this was the year for us. Just by luck / chance we decided to drive to Honda of Chattanooga. We had met Barry before (during our many "just looking" trips) and I was afraid he would think we were just lookng again. Was I ever so wrong! He treated us as if we were the most important clients he had and wasn't pushy at all. Needless to say we are the very proud owners of a 2000 Goldwing SE. We also have all of the routine maintenance performed there as well. I cannot praise Bill and his service staff enough as he takes the time to listen to my questions and has always taken good care of our baby when she is out of our sight. If we ever decide to replace her, it would be with another Goldwing from Honda of Chattanooga."
